The first COIL was held in 2005 in Salzburg, Austria. After that Japan, Australia, USA and Portugal have hosted the event as listed below. Previous congress has consistently attracted over 500 delegates from over 30 countries. Corporate investment in previous congress included typically more than 30 key sponsors and exhibitors.
