Greetings from COIL-6 Secretariat!

As the congress is coming very close, we would like to give you some information in advance for your visit to Jeju.

1. Final Program

We are pleased to provide you the final program of COIL-6, please check for the details of your presentation.

2. Transportation (Jeju Airport - Lotte Hotel Jeju)

 There are two ways to get to Lotte Hotel Jeju as you can see below.

• Taxi

- Location of Taxi stand: You can see the taxi stand across the exit of the airport.
- Most taxis are medium-sized passenger vehicles (sedan), and go by the fare-meter.
- Fare^* (Airport ↔ Lotte Hotel): Mostly from KRW 30,000 to KRW 35,000
^*Please check the fare before you take a taxi.

• Airport Limousine Bus

- Location of Airport Limousine Platform: Near the exit Gate 5, you can find the bus stop(Samyoung Bus #600) to go to Lotte Hotel.
- Fare (Airport ↔ Lotte hotel): KRW 4,500 (One way, Interval Time: 15 min.) 

3. Short Oral & Poster Presentation Award

 We will present Short Oral and Poster awards. Those who made inspiring presentations with impressive research will be awarded. 

 A total of four presentations, two each from the short oral and poster sessions will be awarded.

• Award Ceremony Schedule

- Date & Time: June 20 (Sat), 12:10-12:30
- Place: Crystal Ballroom 1+2

4. Registration Desk Operation

On your first day, please visit the registration desk to receive your name tag and the kit bag.

Onsite registration will be made at the same registration desk. 

Those who want to attend tour program can register at the tour desk near the registration desk, if the reservation is not made yet. 

• Registration Desk Operation hours:

- June 16 (Tue) 11:00~
- June 17 (Wed) to June 20 (Sat) 08:00~

- 6th Floor, Registration Desk, Banquet Building, Lotte Hotel
