Guidelines for Submissions

• It is recommended that the presenting author's contact details are used when submitting the abstract to avoid miscommunication regarding the abstract submission and review process.
• All abstracts must be submitted in English
• Abstracts are limited to maximum 1 page A4.
• Please use the abstract template (click here) to prepare your abstract.
• The abstract should be submitted as a Word document (.doc or docx file).
• The abstract must include a title, author names, and author affiliations. The presenting author must be underlined.
• If you have entered a valid email address you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your submission with the access details for your submission.
• Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and authors notified by February 27, 2015.
• Your abstract will appear in print as submitted. Please ensure you check your data carefully before submitting as changes or additions will not be accepted after the Call for Abstracts closes.
• The deadline for submission of abstracts is February 6, 2015.

Steps for Submission

  Log into COIL-6 website. (If you do not have account, please click “create” button)

• Step2
  Fill out the abstract and author (including a corresponding author, presenter and co-authors) information.
• Step3
  After submission, details of your submission will be sent to your e-mail address (ID). Or you can confirm the details through the website, My Page – Abstract Submission page.
  If you want to modify your submission, please follow My Page → Abstract Submission → Click Reference No. → Modify.
